Executive Assistant to Group CEO
As the Executive Assistant of the CEO, your role will be crucial in supporting his everyday business management. Responsible for the overall coordination of the CEO’s calendar, including his travel arrangements, your ability to prioritise, organise and communicate effectively will be key to provide comprehensive support that will support the CEO in running the business effectively.

What you’ll be doing
- Calendar management & prioritization
- Travel management: juggle complex and fluid international travel schedules, end to end
- Meetings & conferences: Support the organization of meetings of all sizes, from 2 participants to 200, including all meeting logistics and agenda management.
- Expenses management: ensure timely and accurate expense reports are submitted.
- Coordination across the executive team: work with other EAs to the Executive team to ensure calendars & events are seamlessly co-ordinated. Share best practice where appropriate.
- Accounts payable management: ensure incoming invoices are approved and processed in a timely manner, and checked against budget plans where appropriate.
- Maintain absolute discretion & confidentiality at all times.
- Be a professional and friendly “public face” for the executives supported

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office suite and ideally also Google Workspace
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Demonstrable experience supporting senior executives in a fast moving environment, preferably hospitality, hi-tech or ecommerce
- Outstanding organisational skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail - the position involves taking initiative, applying sound judgment and solving problems in a changing environment
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment (multiple offices, time zones, cultures)
- Ability to work under time pressure, with accuracy
- A positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
- Emotional maturity
